Potato Pan Rolls

These dinner rolls are delicious and great for the upcoming Easter Dinner!! I found this recipe quite a few years ago in the Taste of Home cookbook and they have become a favorite! They are a must have for when it comes to family dinners and any other time i get the time to make them!

Hmm...

  5. Have you ever tried refrigerating the dough and baking the next day?

  6. Katy-
Funny you asked...my mom and i were just discussing that! It is kinda hard to get the rolls done when you are having dinner and have other things to do or want to go to church etc so we are going to try to make them on Saturday night, refrigerate them and on Sunday morning let them rise the second time and bake right before dinner. I will let you know how it works!

  11. As promised... the results of making the buns the day before and putting them in the fridge....

It worked pretty good! We made the dough into rolls and then put the rolls in the fridge overnight and then took them out about 2 hours before baking. They didn't raise as much as they normally do but still tasted them same! Next time i think i will let the rolls raise and then refrigerate them and see how that works!
