Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here's whats outrageous about these cookies-there's peanut butter, oats and chocolate chips in them!!! Yum-they scored 8 thumbs up-2 per kid;)

Recipe rundown:

butter, sugar, peanut butter-I used chunky, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs

flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.

beat slightly

now imagine there is a picture of chocolate chips falling into the bowl right here:)

I got a new cookie scoop-just for Cookie Friday!!!

scoop and drop about 2 inches apart onto ungreased sheet pan

Cool about a minutes on pan.

These cookies were a hit and will be making several appearances in our house!:)

We took them to the camp out last weekend-devoured in no time flat!

Sweet Surprise~

My sister and I scrapbook every Monday night so last night she came with this little surprise for me-a cupcake carrier!! Yay! I have wanted one for quite some time, so I was pretty excited!

You can even use the bottom one for baking:)

So tomorrow it will be filled with St. Patricks Day cupcakes to bring to the Irish Drive In that she works at called O'Brady's. If we are really lucky we might get the recipe for their yummy Potato Soup. Something to look forward to other than all the green stuff;)
