Eggs Another Way

These little Baked Egg Pots are quick and easy! They would be perfect for an Easter brunch and can be changed to fit your taste-that's the thing I love about egg dishes.
These take about 10 mins. to put together and another 10 to bake!
Quick hey:)
I used 9 eggs but it depends on how many you are cooking for.

Baked Egg Pots

Ham
Eggs
Cheese
I used a combination of Cheddar and smoked Gouda.
Salt and Pepper

Assemble pots:

Pre-heat oven to 375°. Spray or butter pots. Sprinkle your ham into the bottom-you can also use a good deli ham like Black Forest, I just had some leftover from a Ham dinner. Crack 1 egg into each pot-unless you want to put 2:) {I do for my hubby} I also break the yolks, you don't have to we just don't really like them runny. Then sprinkle with a mix of the cheese. Pop 'em into the oven for about 8 to 10 mins.

Very basic ingredients, but tons of flavor with the Smoked Gouda!

This is how they look when they come out of the oven....Delish right;)
