Breakfast Casserole

This is very basic and can be added to-veggies, sausage, different cheeses, what ever you like. I've got some picky eaters around here so I have to keep it pretty boring;)
Lets get right to the recipe:

Breakfast Casserole

4 c. shredded frozen hash browns
Half pkg. of bacon semi cooked
10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. cheese
salt and pepper
Spread the hash brown in the bottom of 13x9 in. pan
top with bacon strips
Mix together eggs and milk and pour over hash browns and bacon

Sprinkle with cheese

Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 mins.

You can pair it with toast or whip up some pancakes like we did-Sour Cream Orange-Spice!
Very quick and very easy!
Enjoy!

  5. I'm not super big on eggs, but I'm fairly certain I could eat this....the hash browns make the difference (and the bacon tops it off!). :)
