Semi-freddo Cookies and Cream with Salted Caramel

One of the most delicious desserts i have ever ate... the "altered" Tyler Florence's Semi-freddo Cookies and Cream with salted Caramel!!!!

Holly and i made this dessert probably a year and half ago (or more! ) and i just came across the pictures and my mouth started watering!! The original recipe calls for pomegranate molasses which is swirled in the "cream" section of the dessert.  We followed the recipe the first time, it was delicious, but we both love pumpkin and what goes better with gingersnap cookies, right?  So we did it again, with the pumpkin...so good!!! These pics are the pumpkin version.

And does it not look just delightful??? You must give it a try!!

In the printable recipe i will give you the recipe both ways and you can decide which one you think is better!! Let us know what you think!
