Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

First off ~Happy Mothers Day!!!!~
Hope all you Moms are having an awesome day!
As I type my Hubby is making me breakfast;)
My kids have been so excited to give me their gifts they made in school,
its been fun listening to them try not to tell me what they are;)

These are some delicious burgers!!
They were surprisingly moist and very flavorful!

2 lbs ground turkey breast
1/4 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. red onion finely chopped
4 T. teriyaki sauce
2 T. cilantro course chopped
Salt and Pepper
6 pineapple rings
shredded lettuce
6 slices provolone cheese

In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, onion, teriyaki sauce, cilantro, and salt and pepper with the ground turkey. Divide into 6 burgers and shape into patties. Once pattied place in the freezer for about 10 mins~this will help hold their shape. Preheat grill or broiler. Brush burgers with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill or broil for about 7 to 9 mins per side. Brush each side with teriyaki sauce in the last mins of cooking.
Top with cheese.
Grill the pineapple slice for about 3 mins per side brushing with teriyaki sauce.
Serve burgers on buns topped with lettuce and grilled pineapple.
Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

They look delish don't they;)
So easy and quick too~ put these on your summer time grilling menu!

  1. These look delicious! Happy Mother's Day.

  2. I love grilled pinapple on my burgers. Yours looks cheesy and delicious.

  3. My kid's couldn't hold out so I got my gifts early. :) This is one of my favorite burgers. I think we should have this for dinner tonight!

  4. These look really good, seems healthy too!

  5. Yumm...these look like a much better choice than the big fat beef burgers we eat, smiles. Love the addition of the pineapple.
