These subs are so delicious and relatively easy to make!! I have always wanted to try a meatball sub but never have for some reason! Which is weird because it isn't something elaborate!!

Start by making meatballs. In a large bowl mix beef, garlic, panko or bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Using wet hands, form walnut-size pieces into balls.
Place top on cheese and bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!!!

ReplyDeleteglorious. there are few sandwiches for which i'd be willing to unhinge my jaw to eat, but a meatball sub is one--the fatter and cheesier, the better. :)
