These little meatloaves are cheesey, yummy and quick to throw together!
I make them alot during a busy week because I usually have everything I need on hand.
You could easily modify them too-using ground turkey instead of beef or throw in some fresh onion and parsley or even use a different kind of cheese.
Main ingredients:
ground beef, evaporated milk, 1 egg, cooking oats
Spices:
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Montreal steak seasoning.
Mix well.
Add in cheese-lots of cheese;)
Form into little loaves-make sure to make a little dent in the top for the sauce
Speaking of sauce...
Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Pour a dollop of sauce over each loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
Enjoy:)
love these, especially all that cheese! what a yummy meal!
ReplyDeleteFound your blog through Amanda's Fake Ginger! :) oh my goodness, these meat loaves are adorable! Maybe I can try these next week. I have oats but no evaporated milk, so picking up a can shouldn't be a problem.
ReplyDeleteThese cheesy meatloaves look delicious! Hubby loves meatloaf, and these little ones are so cute. :)
