I made these burgers for my family one day last week, while I thought they were really good and full of flavor, my kids didn't really want anything to do with them! They have severe aversion to anything they think has onion in it! I would definitely make them again and I think you all should give them a shot to;)
2 lbs ground pork
1 clove garlic-minced
2 t. smoked paprika
1 t. ground cumin
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Mix together above ingredients.
We broiled them in the oven for about 4 to 5 mins per side then topped them with a slice of Swiss cheese. Return to the oven for just a minute to melt cheese.
For the buns I used Rhodes Texas style dinner rolls-just let em raise and bake 15 minutes.
They make these burgers extra special because of the softness of the roll!
