I first saw this sandwich over at Taste and Tell blog and had to try it-we love the original Monte Cristo. This sandwich loaf did not disappoint-sooo good!! I made it for one of my family Sunday potlatch meals-total hit!!! We added extra meat and cheese to make it more of a meal. I love the sweet and salty combination of the ham and the raspberry jam.

ReplyDeleteI love the combo of salty deli meat, cheese, and fruit jam! So good! Also, wanted to say a huge "wow" to that wedding cake you made. Very impressed! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh man, this looks so good! I could eat that right now and it's only 9:30am. I love the addition of the jam. And who doesn't love gooey, warm muenster. Yum!
