Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Filling

These were for my niece's birthday party.
Her mom asked me if I could do some jumbo sized cupcakes that had to be yellow to go with her adorable vintage pumpkin theme-you'all got to check out this post-way to cute!!
So I decided on lemon since she already had the raspberry she wanted them filled with:)

The above picture is from the party and courtesy of Stephanie at
I'm told they were a hit:)

Recipe rundown:
white cake mix
fresh squeezed lemon juice
raspberry filling or jam
1 recipe butter cream frosting
pearl sprinkles
{recipe available in the printable}

Enjoy!!
