Fall always inspires me to bake more often. Usually, the first thing I bake are Gingersnap cookies. But this week, it has inspired me to make homemade Vegetable Beef Soup! In fact, I am making some, tomorrow!

I love baking banana bread but I switch it up and every time it's something different. My banana bread has always failed until I found a new recipe and now I love baking it and the smell warms my soul!
