First, spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Place your first layer of Club Crackers in an even layer on the bottom of your pan.
Put graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, white sugar, butter and milk into a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Place your first layer of Club Crackers in an even layer on the bottom of your pan.

Top with your second layer of club crackers and press down gently.
Pour the remaining 1/2 graham cracker mixture over second layer of Club Crackers. Press down gently.
Top with your 3rd layer of Club Crackers and press down gently.
Oh goodness, I gained a pound just by reading the step by step directions. These look and sound fabulous!

This reminds me of "fudge and saltine crackers", that my mother used to eat as a Depression Era kid. With 6 kids and 2 parents, a pan of fudge didn't go very far, so they ate it with crackers to make it last longer. To this day, they still eat it this way. (As do I.) I'm going to have to try this. Thanks!!
