Chicken Mini Empanadas

With New Year’s Eve right around the corner we thought we would try to post a few appetizer recipes that are very yummy and are sure to please everyone!!! For our Christmas family get together with my hubby’s side of the family we decided to do all different appetizers for Christmas supper…{Great idea}So I knew I wanted to try these…and EVERYONE loved these…so yummy..DSC_9126
The inside is the perfect Mexican mix….chicken, black olives, salsa, and shredded Mexican cheese..
Serve with guacamole, sour cream or with some salsa.

    I love empanadas! I ate SO many of these when I was in argentina earlier this year. I miss them so much... There is an empanada place near my home that is really good. I should visit them soon. Mmm...
