Easy....Delicious....Just a few ingredients... a MUST try!!
Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
16 pieces frozen popcorn chicken
2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
2 Tbsp. picante sauce (I used pico de gallo and it worked very well!)
2 flour tortillas (10-in.) warmed
1/4 Cup shredded lettuce
1/4 Cup chopped tomato (Since I used the pico de gallo, I already had the tomatoes!)
1/4 Cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Prepare chicken according to package directions.
Place chicken down the middle of tortilla.
Top chicken with pico de gallo....
Sprinkle lettuce on top of chicken and top with ranch.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up tortillas. Fold up one end....

Yum! I often order wraps like these at restaurants, but it never occoured to me to actually make them at home!
